OUR TEAM
Jused Melian was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to the United States in 1985. Jused graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University in 2005.
Jused worked as a behavioral therapist for a center that only provided services for kids with special needs. Jused not only worked as a behavior therapist but also created and established a Social Group for the company in 2006.
In 2012 Jused decided to begin her own mobile business. She worked with children that had special needs and provided services in homes, centers, and schools. In 2013 Jused and Elena decided that they would begin Developmental Therapies & Beyond which would be a center where kids with special needs would have access to multiple services.
Jused currently oversees the Behavioral Department as the Senior Behavioral Specialist. She ensures all behavioral therapists are trained and oversees personalized programs for the clients. She hopes that through her services and guidance to the therapy, she will be able to make a difference in not only the children's lives but also the parents.
Jused has a passion for working with kids and being able to provide a service that will ultimately modify a child's behavior so that it can enhance a child's day to day living.

Our Wonderful Supervising BCBA is just a treasure for us. Lauren provides company-wide supervision and develops protocol and guidelines for ethical practice. She is an expert in delivering positive behavior interventions throughout all facets of programming and is driven by teaching children to connect to their family and friends in a way to elicit a better quality of life.

Her experience in Applied Behavior Analysis has helped her to provide an encompassing view on behavior and the effects different environments can have on how an individual responds to any given stimuli. With a background in psychology and a combined 14 years’ experience working with children and adults in both professional and personal levels in different environments, She provides a well-rounded approach to any challenge.
